This is an invitation to experience nourishing yoga classes in a safe space with restorative movements, breathing for vitalising and deep relaxations for soothing the nervous system and switching off the parasympathetic response.

These unique restoration yoga classes for women are for everyBODY.

These Women's Restoration 2 hour classes are all about supporting busy and exhausted women who may be experiencing adrenal fatigue, chronic illness, menstrual health, anxiety, depression and deeply connecting to your feminine nature for nourishment.

Due to Kate's own healing journey with the chronic fatigue syndrome and her autoimmune health challenges, Kate is passionate about offering women the awareness of managing their stress and energy levels..

About Kate Moody

Kate is now based in Adelaide. Kate has been living in Melbourne for the last 5 years, offering her work as a yoga teacher, a women's wellbeing coach, specialised Women's yoga teacher trainer in restorative yoga & chronic illness, and the founder of 'Radiant Wellbeing', specialising in women's health & vitality. Kate's work in Melbourne has seen her specialise in the areas of women's recovery from trauma, domestic violence & chronic illness and working with family members who have and are living with a family members with mental illness. Kate continues to be invited to present on Ana Davis's - Bliss Baby 's Restorative & Women's Yoga Teacher Trainings in Byron Bay & Melbourne - sharing her knowledge & expertise in Chronic Illness - Recovering from a health & life crisis" presentation. 2. Kundalini Goddess Yoga 8 week chakra series with Yvette Doudle 

This gentle flowing yoga is a deeply supportive, meditative practice, guiding women in deepening their connection to Self through embodying ancient yogic techniques and wisdom merged with Sacred Goddess spirituality. 

Receive the blessings of the Divine Mother as you open to the healing energy of this empowering and transformative yogic practice. Using conscious yogic breath work, gentle movement, posture and sound (mantra), we set sacred temple space and Divine intention, invoking the support of the Goddess to hold us as we deepen in our connection to authentic self. 
Kundalini YogaYou will learn to raise and access the Kundalini, the Divine Feminine power which lies within the base of your spine with the sacred practice of Kundalini Goddess Yoga. 

Feel the transformative effects of this practice as you deepen the connection to your Sacred Feminine Self. Postures are gentle and no yoga or meditation experience is needed to participate.
